We asked Trojan fans on social media to use the hashtag #MyUSC7 to vote for the offensive players of their choice with scaled values and a $21 salary cap.

With all the entries tallied, here are the final results (at the time of writing this at least).

The most commonly voted on player was tight end Anthony McCoy, with 55% of entries spending $1 on the position. Dominique Byrd commanded the next highest tally among tight ends at $3.

At running back, the $5 players led the pack by some margin. Reggie Bush earned the second most overall selections by earning a spot on 48% of the ballots. Marcus Allen followed at a close second appearing on 38% of the entries.

Only Sultan McCullough failed to receive a vote.

Mark Sanchez was a favorite among quarterbacks. Commanding 27% of the votes, the former Trojan No. 6 stood out as a value pick at $2.

More from Reign of Troy

Matt Barkley and Matt Leinart, valued at $3 and $4 respectively, tied for second place, each just one vote behind Sanchez.

Voters agreed with the Reign of Troy staff that Hall of Famer Lynn Swann was a steal at just $2. He was the most-often selected wide receiver, appearing on 48% of entries.

Steve Smith and Nelson Agholor, both $3 players, checked in at second and third place among receivers. Mike Williams was the top selected $5 receiver while Keyshawn Johnson, Dwayne Jarrett and Curtis Conway also earned their fair share of votes.

As it turns out, the top vote getters in each position form a team which adds up perfectly to $21.

So here is your consensus USC All-Time 7-on-7 offense:

  • RBs: Reggie Bush, Marcus Allen
  • WRs: Lynn Swann, Nelson Agholor, Steve Smith
  • TE: Anthony McCoy
  • QB: Mark Sanchez
