The Big Ten will hold its 2024 Media Days July 23-25 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Such is the first media event since the conference expanded from 14 to 18 teams. What's also interesting is that the event precedes USC, UCLA, Oregon, and Washington's formal first day as Big Ten members on August 2.

The Big Ten Media Days enables media members to ask head coaches questions and address headlines. Of course, there's no shortage of headlines surrounding the conference in 2024. Aside from expansion, the Big Ten features new head coaches in Moore, Braun (without the interim tag), and Foster. Moreover, Cignetti, Smith and Fisch are entering their first seasons leading new programs.
Anticipating the media's questions for Lincoln Riley
We expect the media will bombard Lincoln Riley with questions that suit the 'on the hot seat' narrative. Moreover, media members will likely seek a response to Joe Castiglione's recent remarks. The Oklahoma AD suggested Riley was not interested in the Sooners' migration to the SEC.
Each head coach brings three players to the Big Ten Media Days, thus, we're curious who Riley will have in tow. Last season, the USC head coach brought quarterback Caleb Williams and linebacker Mason Cobb to the Pac-12 Media Days. The Pac-12's format only featured head coaches and one offensive and one defensive player.
We suspect Riley will bring quarterback Miller Moss and Cobb to Indianapolis. Our speculative candidates to fill the third slot are center Jonah Monheim, running back Woody Marks, defensive tackle Bear Alexander, and defensive back Jaylin Smith.
