The first full week of the college football season is in the books (except for Florida State's game against Boston College on Monday night). And though there weren't a ton of shocking results this past weekend, there are some shakeups in our 12-team College Football Playoff projection.

First of all, after an unimpressive showing against FCS member Idaho, Oregon doesn't get the benefit of being projected as the Big Ten champion anymore. Meanwhile, Clemson can no longer be considered the favorite in the ACC after putting up no fight (especially on offense) in a loss to No. 1 Georgia.

On the other hand, no team in the country did more good for itself than the USC Trojans. Taking down No. 13 LSU in a rugged affair, Lincoln Riley's squad now has to be considered a playoff contender.

So let's take a look at our week two College Football projections.

This week, the Big Ten and the SEC both have four teams in the field. That's one extra team for the Big Ten thanks to USC's impressive win.

Meanwhile, the ACC dropped a team out of the projection with Clemson looking punchless in their debut. That loss combined with Florida State's week 0 loss to Georgia Tech has hurt the ACC's chances of getting a second team into the field.

Each week, we will update our projections as the games shake out. So check in next week to see if USC rises in the rankings and to see if the Big Ten continues to dominate.
