With the current recruiting cycle starting to wind down, USC is well in play for one of the highest remaining uncommitted prospects in the nation at the moment. Ethan 'Boobie' Feaster has his fair share of top schools that are vying for his services as the July 4 announcement date comes.
Alabama, Texas A&M, and LSU are still well within the mix for the class of 2026's services. On Wednesday, however, Rivals shared a post on X in which they released their 'expert predictions' of Feaster choosing USC.
As has been seen throughout this year alone and should be known by now, these types of situations are always fluid. Looking at some of the past tendencies, however, it does say more when the recruiting services tab someone to be a Trojan, at least compared to when someone is knowingly highly interested in USC and the sites report a prediction suggesting otherwise.
In either event, expect all programs to be making their final last-minute pushes up until the official announcement itself. Either way, it is known that USC is in a good position to secure the wideout in what is already the top class.
Signs pointing to eventual USC commitment
Trojan Football shared a post on X that illustrates why, despite everything, from an on-field standpoint, Feaster will always have the Cardinal and Gold at the forefront of his mind as a potential landing destination.
Coach Lincoln Riley's offense has an inherently high floor. There will always be a lot of production and plenty of room for multiple mouths to be fed in his system. At its peak, when everything is firing on all cylinders, the ceiling is that of a Heisman Trophy campaign. Add all of the factors that now favor USC as well, and it shouldn't come as a surprise at all to see this latest recruiting prediction end up coming true.
