The Big Ten media days are right around the corner, and with it, the beginning of the college football season is just about here as well. For USC, Makai Lemon, Elijah Paige, and Kamari Ramsey will be the ones to speak on behalf of Troy and represent the football program at the event that is set to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, as shared by USCFootball.com's Connor Morrissette.

Among all of the anticipation for the Trojans to begin playing meaningful snaps, these are the knowns on the roster. Within their position groups, Lemon, Paige, and Ramsey are going to have a lot of expectations placed on their shoulders for the upcoming season. All three will have a critical role in what will end up proving to be success or otherwise for USC this fall.

When looking at players on the roster who have paid their dues and whose ability is known, it is little wonder that the USC staff is turning to this trio to speak at the media event.

From Lemon, he, along with Ja'Kobi Lane, is going to be pushing for 1,000 yards this year. While Lemon in particular is beginning to garner some attention as a potential top wideout prospect for the 2026 NFL draft, he too is not appreciated enough compared to his overall ability.

Paige will provide the needed presence on the offensive line from his left tackle position. For Trojan fans, the O-line will especially be an area of need to continue to monitor. Considering the experience and skill set of Paige, however, there is an element of trust, despite him being someone whose career is only starting to fully take off now.

Rounding out the selected USC players

Ramsey will provide the needed force from the Trojan secondary. He, too, is someone who expects to be a high draft pick when the time comes. For 2025, however, he is a player who many non-USC fans have circled as someone who needs to be watched on a weekly basis.

With time winding down before the beginning of the season, seeing these three USC players selected only further highlights how much closer the beginning of the season is.
