It can never be too early to look ahead. The future for USC is looking exceptionally up. Following the latest commitment of Ethan 'Boobie' Feaster in particular, coach Lincoln Riley's program is all but assured that they will maintain the status of having the top class for the 2026 recruiting cycle.

It is known how good the receiving corps for the Trojans is for the 2025 season. Even if Makai Lemon and Ja'Kobi Lane end up declaring for the NFL draft once the season ends, a decision that would not exactly come as a surprise to anyone, the future of that position group will be in highly capable hands.

Among some of the names, other than Feaster, Mark Bowman, Luc Weaver, and Roderick Tezeno are some of the future Trojans that are helping to generate the excitement that is around the program at the moment.

Known capability of what is possible at USC

Similar to what Feaster stated following his announcement of his collegiate decision going public, this coach Riley offense is very much equipped to feed multiple mouths. Having quality options and depth is a luxury that every team strives for. Through the recruiting efforts of this Trojan staff, USC will have a lot of young talent to build around and be able to turn to once the 2026 season starts.

It also speaks to the perception and known history of USC that so many talented pass catchers are willing to join and be part of the same class. Many would choose to run away from competition.

Instead, coach Riley has given the incoming players the blueprint of his vision and can credibly point to how USC is a place that can house many players in the same class and within the same position group, with everyone being able to find more than their fair share of success.
