Four-star tight end-defensive end Josh Falo announced his Top 10 schools on Twitter Wednesday night, naming USC football among his favorites.

Inderkum tight end and defensive end Josh Falo knows who his favorite schools are and when he’ll announce his commitment.

On Wednesday, he announced his Top 10, including USC football in the race for his signature.

“I’m thankful for all the schools/coaches who have given me the opportunity to play in their program and also thankful for the relationships I have built with all the schools/coaches who have been in contact with me the most,” Falo wrote on Twitter.

Along with USC, Falo listed Alabama, Auburn, Colorado, Oregon, Miami, Michigan, Nebraska, Texas A&M and UCLA.

Falo also revealed that his commitment will be announced in January at the Under Armour All-American game.

At 6-foot-5, 227 pounds, Falo is one of the most coveted tight ends in the 2017 class. The 247 Sports composite rates him as the No. 4 tight end in the class and the No. 17 player in the state of California.

The Trojans have pulled in top tight end talent over the last two classes, adding four-star prospects Tyler Petite and Cary Angeline.

Three-star tight end Erik Krommenhoek from Danville, California is also already committed to USC for this class.

USC recently landed their 12th and 13th commits for the 2017 class, with four-star tackle Alijah Vera-Tucker and four-star defensive end Hunter Echols announcing their commitments within an hour of each other on Friday night last week.

With Vera-Tucker and Echols in the fold, USC’s class shot up the recruiting rankings to No. 15 in the nation and No. 1 in the Pac-12.

Along with the two new commits, the Trojan 2017 class is headlined by five-star running back Stephen Carr and four-star Brett Neilon.
