USC Football Linebacker Tuasivi Nomura has officially entered the transfer portal. Nomura will likely not receive a high rating in the portal due to his poor performance with the Trojans over the years. In his five years with the program, he played in 15 games and logged just 33 tackles (1.5 for loss) and one PD.

On top of that, he wasn't considered an elite talent coming out of Centennial (Corona, CA). He was just a three-star recruit (all recruiting ratings and rankings in article are as of 247Sports). Hopefully both Nomura and SC shine when they make this split. It likely is the best decision for both parties, as the experiment between Nomura and USC was not working out for either side.

Major USC Football Offensive Tackle transfer portal target Dillon Wade has chosen to commit to the Auburn Tigers over the USC Trojans. Wade comes from Tulsa, and was one of the better offensive tackle prospects in the portal. Securing him would secure great depth with multiple options at both tackle positions next season.

It is confusing as to why he would want to play for the 5-7 Auburn Tigers instead of the 11-2 USC Trojans, when SC also has a significantly better coach than Auburn's Hugh Freeze, with Lincoln Riley running the show. Wade was re-rated as a four-star transfer portal target after entering the college game as a three-star prospect.

Braden Fiske has transferred to Florida State over the USC Football program. Fiske was a four-star transfer defensive lineman, and he was expected to commit to either FSU or USC, and oddly chose the irrelevant Florida State program over SC. Florida State had yet another season under 10 wins this year.

They have not gone better than 9-3 since the 2015 season, and even in that season, they lost their bowl game anyway and finished outside the Top 10 in the country. They are not in the Top 10 again this year, while SC most certainly can't relate. Fiske hails from Western Michigan, and had 59 tackles (12.5 for loss) and six sacks this past season.
