8. S/LB Su'a Cravens (2013-15)
After starting 13 games as a true-freshman strong safety in 2013, Su'a Cravens moved to a hybrid safety/linebacker position in 2014. He started all 13 games and led the Trojans with 17 tackles for loss. Moreover, the Los Angeles native compiled five sacks, nine deflections, and three interceptions.
Cravens started all 14 USC games as a junior, and in his hybrid role, that is now a standard position for many college and pro teams. He was a Benarik and Butkus awards semifinalist, Second-team All-American (2015), and two-time First-team All-Pac-12 selection (2014-15).
7. WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (2014-16)
Trojans fans knew JuJu Smith-Schuster was special when he hauled four passes for 123 yards in his first college game. The Long Beach native finished his freshman season with 54 catches, 724 yards, five touchdowns, and a Second-team All-Pac-12 selection.
Smith-Schuster was phenomenal as a sophomore in Troy, finishing with 89 receptions, 1,454 receiving yards, and ten touchdowns. The receiver also accumulated one of the most incredible two-game performances in three weeks. Against Arizona State, Smith-Schuster compiled seven catches for 123 yards and three touchdowns. He topped that two weeks later with nine catches for 132 yards and three touchdowns against Arizona.
JuJu's collegiate tenure in Southern California included Second-team All-American (2015), First-team All-Pac-12 (2015), and two Second-team All-Pac-12 (2014, 2016) selections.
