Caleb Williams has been busy ever since he transferred to the USC football program.

Part of the college football landscape these days is star players capitalizing off of their name, image, and likeness for all the money they can get. Williams would have had deals lining up no matter where he went, but this deal proves that he's aleady adapted to the LA lifestyle.

Signing with Beats by Dre is going to be a huge money-maker for Williams. Lots of mega athletes have partnered with Beats before, such as Colin Kaepernick and LeBron James. The headphone/speaker company is of course Los Angeles/Compton legendary rapper Dr. Dre's company, so the partnership couldn't be more perfect between an LA icon and another LA icon in the making.

Caleb Williams signing with Beats is likely not the only way he will make money through his name, image, and likeness.

It is, however, a great start for the new USC QB, and Caleb Williams will be under quite the spotlight now that he's playing in the second-biggest media market in the country. There are going to be all eyes and cameras on him at all times, from all across the country. Beats made a brilliant move by making sure Williams is wearing their headphones while the cameras are always rolling.

On top of that, Williams is destined to have another terrific season under head coach Lincoln Riley, as he'll now be entering his second season under him. That continuity is going to be key, as he established so much momentum under Riley last season with Oklahoma, averaging over nine yards per pass attempt and over 5.5 per rush attempt as just a true freshman. He scored 27 total touchdowns despite not even being the starter until the second-half of the season.

What better way for Beats to start the new year than by signing one of the top Heisman contenders entering the 2022 season.
