After Micah Banuelos committed to the USC football program, he wasn't shy about revealing that he will now be chasing after another o-lineman recruit in three-star California IOL Alani Noa.

Both Banuelos and Noa are IOL on the west coast, which is a type of recruit that SC undoubtedly needs to be in on. Here's the video of Banuelos letting the recruiting trail know that he and USC are coming for Noa:

Banuelos is a four-star guy out of Kennedy Catholic (Washington), and the No. 13 IOL in America for the 2023 class (all recruiting ratings and rankings in article are as of 247Sports). Winning his commitment over Oregon (who was the favorite), was a massive momentum-builder for SC on the recruiting trail.

If this momentum continues, USC football should be able to snag Alani Noa.

100% of the 247Sports crystal ball predictions have Alani Noa heading to the USC football program. While Noa isn't a blue-chipper right now, there's still plenty of time for three-stars to become four-stars. SC has already had a 2023 three-star commit to the program and then end up being raised to a four-star later on.

Noa is the No. 27 Interior Offensive Lineman in the country for his class, and the No. 31 player in California. Not overwhelming, but certainly not underwhelming. USC needs to bring him in. The team needs bigger linemen in this class, so adding a 6-4, 320 pound guy in Noa is important.

USC only has 13 commits in this class. To be fair, the ones they have are very good. There are only 12 teams ahead of them nationally in the class rankings, and only six of those teams have higher average recruit ratings.

The issue is that only two of these commits are linemen. SC at LEAST needs to add depth, and Noa at LEAST has that to offer.
