Colin Cowherd is one of the most famous USC football fans in the world, and he clearly enjoys trolling Oklahoma after Caleb Williams made the move to SC.
If you haven't been keeping up, Oklahoma fans have been taking their anger from Lincoln Riley and Williams coming to USC out on them on social media, and many other avenues such as speeches from the governor. Some have even resorted to stereotyping Williams into sexualities and genders that he is not, and attach Confederate flags to their comments:
Excuse me sir, your true colors are showing and they aren't crimson and cream... pic.twitter.com/brW6hx3a82

This comment of course came from anger over Williams being chosen to be interviewed by Good Morning America, which he made his appearance on this week. This appearance on Good Morning America angered tons and tons of Oklahoma fans, and Cowherd used it as an opportunity to roast Oklahoma in the process:
At Oklahoma, he appeared on the local AM radio show “Party Marty and firecracker eatin’ Frank, in the morning”. https://t.co/QaRH4Xjt7J

Colin Cowherd is really thriving right now, as the rest of the USC football fan base is.
If you scroll through the comments, you can tell that Oklahoma fans were very triggered by Colin Cowherd's joke, and arguably even more triggered in some cases than they were over Caleb Williams' Good Morning America appearance itself.
If we want to look at this a bit deeply, I will add that Cowherd alludes to the fact that the opportunities for media coverage out in L.A. can not be matched in Oklahoma. Williams will see many more advantages being out here than in Oklahoma due to him being in the second-biggest media market in the country. The fact that he was on GMA truly does show just how big of a draw he already is.
He's only going to get bigger, too, as he'll be in Year 2 under Lincoln Riley, running an offense he already thrived in. Williams was the leading Heisman candidate at one point during the season last year despite not even starting until the second half of the year. He scored 27 total touchdowns in that limited time.
He's going to have a great run at USC. This is only the beginning for him.
