Dwayne Jarrett is another wide receiver on this list who was taken in the second round, Jarret however was taken in the mid to late second round. Still, Jarrett did not perform like a second-round wide receiver should perform.

Jarrett was drafted as the 45th pick in the 2007 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. In his rookie season, Jarrett did not start a single game only making an appearance in seven games during the season. In his four-year NFL career, Jarrett never had more than 200 receiving yards and only caught one touchdown in his entire career.

After playing in only 32 games in his career, Jarrett ended his career in a two-reception, 40-yard season and did not see the field again in the NFL. As a second-round pick, with the way Jarrett's career went, it does constitute him as an NFL draft bust.
