Part of joining the USC football program is being able to use the platform to further boost your career. In terms of producing pro-level talent and having a strong alumni fan base, the Trojans are the envy of others. This showed up for the former QB1, as Caleb Williams has since gone on to be drafted by the Chicago Bears.

Once a Trojan, the now Projan was reminded of the day that he officially made the transition from college to the NFL. The Bears X account reminded everyone that during the 2024 Draft, they selected Williams with the top overall pick.

In a combined USC and Chicago graphics post, the university logo could be seen. With the Cardinal and Gold proudly on display, fans everywhere are reminded of the true NFL factory that the program continues to be. With more top picks and eventual Hall-of-Famers, the Trojans can credibly boast about their ability to best prepare student-athletes for the next level when that time comes.

Then, showing his support for the local NBA team, Williams was seen catching the Chicago Bulls play-in game against the Miami Heat. Of course, when a former Heisman winner is sitting at the United Center like that, he's going to have a ball tossed his way.

Catching and signing it, Williams then launched the autographed treasure DEEP into the crowd. Between his NFL team's post and the video shared by the Bulls social media account, Wednesday turned into something of a great PR day for the Projan.

Everyone else is seeing what makes the former USC QB special

While here, fans will remember the great plays and incredible moments that he shared while operating in Lincoln Riley's offense. His rookie year number in the league stood out, and he played well for a team that is continuing to work through some growing pains. NFL followers saw how good Williams is and his talent levels as he'll look to build upon his first year, heading into year two under head coach Ben Johnson.

The former USC football quarterback continues to represent himself well and is a great example of what being a Trojan is about and can provide athletes, even after leaving campus to pursue their further goals.
