Credit where it is due. The GM Sports Media outlet does a neat thing for fan engagement, in which they allow people to vote for the commitment of the week. Seeing as the latest USC addition, Ethan 'Boobie' Fester, is on the list, this is a great opportunity for Trojan fans to show the latest commit some support on social media.

Among the other options with Fester are Tucker 'Tuck' Ashford, who is pledged to Kansas State; Hayden West, to UTSA; and Rachel Mathew, to the Case Western Reserve soccer team.

This is the sort of thing that may not matter to the Trojan fans who realistically only wish to tune in to the program once the games themselves start. Make no mistake, however, this is the exact sort of thing that players pay attention to.

Whether it is their EA Sports College Football 25 rating or how their name performs in a social media poll, either they or someone close to them is aware of what is being said and/or discussed in the scope of online activity and otherwise.

Potential for USC fans to capitalize on latest recruiting news

Feaster recently made many USC supporters' Fourth of July weekend with his announced commitment to the Cardinal and Gold. A highly rated wideout, Feaster is someone who would have likely used more time to make his ultimate decision. The receiver is so talented and college-ready, however, that he reclassified from the 2027 class to the 2026 class and will be ready to arrive on the USC campus as a student-athlete a year early.

Keep in mind that he would have been a part of the same class as Peyton Houston, but that is a topic of conversation for another day.

A five-star recruit out of DeSoto, Texas, Feaster seeing some early love and engagement from the USC fan base so soon after his commitment, would mean the world to him and his family.
