USC basketball travels to Tulsa on Saturday to take on the Oklahoma Sooners in a game which could pull the Trojans out of a slide or speed them into the abyss.

USC basketball is on its first two-game losing streak of the season and the men of Troy will be looking to keep it from three when they take on the Oklahoma Sooners in Tulsa on Saturday night.

Oklahoma will welcome the Trojans to the BOK Center with an 8-1 record and strong victories over Florida, Dayton and Notre Dame. Most recently they dispatched Wichita State 80-48.

If USC hopes to stick with the Sooners, they will have to find a way to limit leading scorer Christian James, who is averaging 19.2 points per game. He is helped by forward Brady Manek, who averages 9.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.

The Trojans are coming off an embarrassing loss to TCU at the Staples Center, where they were overrun 96-61 by the Horned Frogs. It was USC’s largest loss since 2003.

Unfortunately, reinforcements are not yet on the horizon with Kevin Porter Jr. and Charles O’Bannon Jr. likely to miss with injury.

If Andy Enfield is able to notch the victory against the Sooners, it will be his 100th as the Trojan head coach. Can USC get the job done and breath some life back into the campaign?

The game will tip off at 6:00 p.m. Pacific on ESPNU, featuring Will Flemming and Tim Welsh on the call.

The local radio broadcast is available on 1110 AM KRDC with Jordan Moore handling play-by-play.
