The USC vs. Texas rematch will kickoff at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, as the Trojans look to bounce back from last week’s loss and previous nightmares in the Lone Star State.

USC vs. Texas. 5 Things to Watch

After playing a thrilling overtime contest in 2017 at the Coliseum, the USC vs. Texas series will resume in Austin in 2018 with two squads looking to reignite the fireworks.

Oddsmakers don’t have many ways to separate the two squads. Texas is a three-point favorite in OddsShark’s spread consensus, but that simply looks like the advantage given to any home team. The over/under for the game is 47.5 points.

Can USC break out of their Texas troubles and pick up their first win in the state since 1996?Coincidentally, that victory came against Houston, a team coached by Clay Helton’s father Kim.

The 2018 edition of USC vs. Texas is slated to begin at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, airing live on FOX. Gus Johnson will bring his familiar gusto to the call while Joel Klatt will handle color commentary. Jenny Taft will be patrolling the sidelines for the evening.
