First Word… Former USC receiver and current Philadelphia Eagle Nelson Agholor will not face charges over a sexual assault allegation made against him last month, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.

The player denied the allegations from the start and there were reports out of Philadelphia that the incident may have stemmed from a dispute over payment for a lap dance.
