Trojans Embrace Special Olympics and More From USC Twitter

Twitter Tuesday is a special weekly blog from Trenise Ferreira, scouring through USC Twitter for interesting tweets, while providing some lighthearted commentary.

This week’s roundup of Trojan tweets begins with the local topic at hand, the 2015 Special Olympics World Games, which are being held both on USC’s campus at the Trojans’ home, the LA Coliseum.

It’s not only a major event in stature, but one that has given USC athletes to give back to some pretty amazing atheletes and overall humans. Khaliel Rodgers and former Trojan Silas Redd approve.

First, one former Trojan congratulates another on his Hall of Fame bid.

In news, former Trojan running back CJ Gable continues to make moves in the CFL.

Max Browne doing work as fall camp draws nearer.

Trojan newcomer Osa Masina shows love to his high school buddies.

Where was our invite, gents?! Rude.

For the Trojan fans in Houston, be there or be square.

Former Trojan and Philadelphia Eagles rookie wide receiver gears up for the NFL with some sage advice from the Zen Master himself.

Former Trojan and current New York Giants linebacker Devon Kennard gets some face time with New York media.

Man. We know that struggle, Mr. Hazelton.

You tell ’em, Scott!

We don’t know what this was originally about, but we are inclined to agree!

#NinerGang, as they say in the Bay Area.

Bruh. We can say from personal experience, this particular gelato is CHOICE.

That was basically our reaction when we found out too, Mr. Carswell. PS if you aren’t yet watching HBO’s “Ballers”, go ahead and start that immediately.

…Yes. That.

See you soon, Mr. Cravens!

Incredibly valid point, Mr. Kusnir.

That’s all for this edition. Want to get involved next week? Shoot a tweet to @TreniseFerreira or @ReignOfTroy if you stumble upon some Twitter gold.
