Cameron Smith USC Commitment: Reaction and Analysis From Twitter

USC picked up 2015 football commitment number eight on Wednesday afternoon in the form of four-star inside linebacker Cameron Smith, out of Granite Bay.

Cameron, following the news of the commitment, released the following statement on his personal Twitter account:

"I am blessed to say that I am committing to The University of Southern California. I’m thankful for all the relationships that have been built and appreciative for the coaches that have recruited me. Thanks to all the fans that have showed me love. You guys are the best in the game can’t wait to play in front of you guys on Saturday. It’s been a fun process and I’m glad that i [sic] can focus the rest of my senior year on winning a championship with teammates. USC is back. And I’m looking forward to being apart [sic] of their quest to a national championship. FIGHT ON."
