Michael Castillo: USC wins 45-0I honestly have no idea how the game will pan out. Either Kiffin will use Colorado’s struggling secondary as an opportunity to put up Heisman-type numbers for Matt Barkley(we’ve seen him try to do that before, you know), or Kiffin will keep scrubbing game film and run the ball all day to prevent Arizona and Oregon from knowing what will be on the docket in the coming weeks. Either way, this is probably the best opportunity the Trojans have for a shutout, especially since Colorado is dead last in a sacks allowed per game and the Trojans’ defensive line has played exceptionally well so far this season.
Alicia De Artola: USC wins 42-7The Trojans won’t cover the spread, but that’s about the only negative feeling I can conjure up about this game. It’s possible everyone is underestimating the Buffaloes but let’s be real, Colorado has no business hanging with USC. They are 103rd in scoring and total offense, 113th in total defense, 118th in scoring defense, 120th in sacks allowed. They have one win on the season, against Washington State, the worst team in the Pac-12 North. No matter how lackluster USC has looked this season, there’s no excuse for dropping this one.
Charles Gilmore: USC wins 49-10I am optimistic that the Trojans will use this game to right their offensive woes. This will be the perfect time to work the wrinkles out and get everyone involved. The Trojans will certainly have big victory here but the 40 point margin is just too big and they’ll just miss covering the spread.
Trenise Ferreira: 48-0The Trojans haven’t mercilessly beat anyone down since UCLA last December, and they are certainly due for another one. USC needs all the style points it can get as it goes through the home stretch of the season, and this match-up is a good starting point. No one expects Colorado to hang with ‘SC, and the Trojans need to prove that expectation to be true. This is the game the Trojans need to showcase what happens when the passing game and the running game are going on all cylinders/ The USC defense is also going to have a field day, and DE Morgan Breslin might just mess around and get four sacks in his own right on the day. It is going to be a massacre in the Coliseum, no doubt about it.
