On Wednesday, July 11, USC dominated the college football Twitterverse by landing three huge recruits in OL Khaliel Rodgers, OL Nico Falah, and DL Eddie Vanderdoes. In less than 24 hours, USC jumped up in the Rivals.com ratings to the No. 2 spot, right behind Michigan. As we live in an era that connects us all, all the time, these big moments all went down on Twitter, with fans and players chiming in their support.
Here’s a roundup of some of the best tweets, welcoming these three guys to the Trojan family.

July 11, 2012, will likely be remembered as one of the greatest single days in USC recruiting history. It will also serve as another checkmark on the lists of reasons why Lane Kiffin and his crew were the best thing to happen to USC as it goes through these sanctions years. While he still needs to get that postseason win, he has proven just how brilliant of a recruiter he is.
Well played, Coach Kiffin. Well played.
