USC football: Ranking Caleb Williams among every starting quarterback in the Pac-12

No. 9 starting quarterback in the Pac-12: Bo Nix--Oregon Ducks
Bo Nix transfers from Auburn to Oregon after an incredibly disappointing run in the SEC. A former Gatorade Player of the Year, Mr. Alabama, and No. 1 dual-threat QB in the country for his recruiting class, Nix was a massive disappointment in the jungle. He heads to Eugene in hopes for a fresh start that benefits him.
The issue is that he's simply hard to trust. Nix sports just a 59.4% completion percentage over his three years in college football. He only throws for 6.9 yards per attempt. He limits the INTs--only 16 in 34 career games, but has never topped more than 16 passing TD's in a season.
He's not bad with his legs, amassing 869 yards in his career. The issue is that he hasn't been too efficient; averaging just 3.3 yards per carry. That's not terrible for a quarterback, but will need to be a bit better if he wants to fulfill the potential he showed at Pinson Valley High School.
His best chances are to clean up his accuracy, in hopes of that getting him in a better rhythm as a passer, so that can hopefully then open up opportunities for him as a runner.
