USC Football Alums in the NFL, 2015 Season

NFL roster cuts took effect to start September, solidifying which USC football alums did and did not make the cut for 2015 in the pros.

Though the national conversation this offseason revolved endlessly around a Michigan alum, Trojan storylines in the NFL were not hard to be found.

Matt Barkley ended up in a battle for a roster spot with Tim Tebow. Elsewhere, George Farmer went undrafted, fought for a place on the Cowboys at receiver then attempted a switch to defense with Pete Carroll’s Seahawks.

All told, 39 Projans are on NFL rosters this season with 35 being on active 53-man squads. Of the six Trojans drafted this year, all but Hayes Pullard and Randall Telfer, both picks of the Browns, survived the offseason.
