USC Football Recruiting: Jordan Elliott Reveals List of 5 Visits

Back in May, it seemed USC football had missed out on a big defensive line target when Jordan Elliott committed to Houston. Now, the Trojans will have at least one more chance to impress him after the four-star revealed he will be taking an official visit to Los Angeles.

Alabama, Texas, LSU and Michigan will fill his remaining four visits, but don’t think we didn’t take notice of the “Fight On!” emoji Elliott included in his tweet.

Elliott, who had already committed and decommitted from Baylor earlier in the year, committed to hometown Houston just weeks after telling Rivals’ Matt Clare that USC was his number one school.

The No. 12 defensive tackle in the country, according to the 247Sports composite, Elliott would be a major addition to the 2016 class for USC if Steve Sarkisian and company can turn him.

Elliot stands 6-foot-4, 305 pounds and has all the power you could want from a lineman with speed to make the difference.

The Trojans recently landed a commitment from Keyshon Camp, another four-star defensive tackle, but the position could use additional reinforcements.

Though USC’s 2015 class featured the likes of Jacob Daniel, Noah Jefferson and Kevin Scott, the Trojans will be thin in the trenches after Antwaun Woods, Cody Temple, Claude Pelon and Delvon Simmons all depart following this season.
