The USC vs. Stanford rivalry renews in the Pac-12 opener today, with the teams meeting in Palo Alto while ranked, for the first time since 1972.

Stanford enters the game poised to revenge their loss in 2013, while the Trojans look to prove that their hot start under Steve Sarkisian is for real.

Both teams sport a 1-0 record and will look to start their respective Pac-12 conference slates on the right foot.

The game kicks off at 12:30 p.m. Pacific/3:30 p.m. Eastern. and will be televised live and in color on ABC with Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Heather Cox.
