facebooktwitterreddit

Can’t get enough of USC football? We’ve got your morning dose of all the best content from around the web concerning the men of Troy.

1st & 10:

It could be worse… Deep breaths Trojan fans. Rumor has it USC will debut a controversial uniform change this Saturday against Arizona State. No, it’s not black jerseys, you can put down your pitchfork and torch. Here come…shiny helmets.

[Pause for grumbling about tradition, not fixing what isn’t broken, tradition, not turning into Oregon, tradition and tradition.]

Here’s the thing about shiny helmets: It could be worse. Much, much worse. Mindbogglingly worse. If a shiny new plaything that doesn’t defecate on USC’s iconic look gets the players a little extra revved up for an important Pac-12 South match up then by all means, polish those helmets.
