Two of college football’s most highly sought after players will tour California this week. They’re a pair of four-star defensive ends from Georgia, in the form of Russell Ude and Jonathan Ledbetter.

Both players are ranked in the Rivals 100, with Ude ranked at No. 99, while Ledbetter, who is committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide, sits at No. 24.
Ude is currently undecided and has offers from both UCLA and Cal, putting them in a group of five teams at the top of his recruiting totem pole along with Oregon, Miami and Boston College.
USC has yet to offer Ude and don’t appear to have an inside track on his recruitment, but that could be subject to change with this week’s Rising Stars camp.
Ude just picked up Pac-12 offers from UCLA and Washington in the last month, and depending on how the unofficial visit to Troy goes this week, it’s possible that he could get an offer from the Trojans. Stanford sits in the same boat having yet to offer, while the Pac-12 as a whole gets well acquainted with the 6-foot-2, 255 pound defensive end.
As for Ledbetter, he’s had a solid commitment to Alabama since January, despite a slew of overs from national powers including USC. It would seemingly take a lot for the Trojans to sway him.
