Last week, Daniel indicated that he had narrowed his college choices down to Oregon and USC. Now we know that the 6’5, 300 pound defender has decided to become a Trojan.
Daniel is the No. 11 ranked player in California according to Rivals. ESPN ranks him at No. 13. 247Sports lists him sixth in the state.
With prototypical size for a tackle, he could become a monster in the trenches for the Trojans in the years to come.
This is the second time Daniel has committed to play for Sarkisian and defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox. He had been a Washington commit before USC brought to the two to Los Angeles.
Daniel is USC’s fourth four-star commit for the 2015 class, but is the first defensive lineman to sign up. He joins quarterbacks Ricky Town and David Sills, offensive linemen Chuma Edoga and Roy Hemsely, and defensive back Taeon Mason among the Trojan commits.
