Kessler Named USC Starting QB, Twitter Reacts

As with all things related to USC football, the Twitterverse was quick to comment on the news that Steve Sarkisian had named Cody Kessler as his starting quarterback going into the fall.

Here’s a round up of the best Twitter action:

Mike Piellucci of FightOn247 reported Sarkisian’s praise for his new starter.

Josh Webb of USCfootball.com couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a jab in at former head coach Lane Kiffin’s famously protracted quarterbacking decision.

Ryan Abraham, the publisher of USCfootball.com, also took a moment to reflect on Kiffin.

Piellucci also covered Max Browne’s perspective.

Evan Budrovich of Conquest Chronicles gave us Sarkisian’s hopes for all his QBs going forward.

As for the prospects of Browne transferring, Rich Hammond of the OC Register put that to bed.

Hammond also had some perspective on the future.
