Mired in a four-game losing streak, the USC Trojans will look to end the losing streak when they face the Utah Utes on Thursday night at the Galen Center. The Trojans were in position to defeat UCLA on Saturday as they held a 41-35 lead at halftime, but were unable to maintain the lead and lost 83-73.
Should the Trojans drop the game against the Utes, it would mark the second five-game losing streak this season for Andy Enfield’s team.
The Utes are lead by Lawndale, Calif. native Delon Wright, who is averaging 16.0 points per game. Wright also leads the team in assists, with 5.4 per game. Jordan Loveridge is second on the team in points, averaging 15.8 per game.
Despite the Utes’ impressive 16-7 record, they are 0-6 on the road and 5-6 in Pac-12 play.
