UPDATE: ESPNU’s updated announcement schedule has Damien Mama set to make his choice at 8:00 am, Adoree Jackson at 11:00 am and John “Juju” Smith at 1:00 pm. All three announcements will be live on ESPNU.

The three biggest targets remaining on USC’s recruiting board are all set to announce their college decisions live on ESPNU’s Signing Day Special on February 5th.

Four-star offensive lineman Damien Mama (Bellflower, Calif./St. John Bosco) will start things off at around 8:30 am as he’ll pick between a top three of Alabama, BYU and USC.

Next up, five-star cornerback/wide receiver Adoree Jackson (Gardena, Calif./Junipero Serra) is set to announce just after 11:00 am. His top four includes Florida, LSU, UCLA and USC.

Finally, John “Juju” Smith (Long Beach, Calif./Long Beach Poly), a five-star athlete, will decide between Notre Dame, UCLA and USC at around 12:00 pm, according to Conquest Chronicles’ Evan Budrovich.

The Trojans are expected to have a good shot at all three and landing even one of the trio would make USC’s signing day a fairly successful one. Landing all three would mean USC bagged three of the top four players in California according to Rivals.

Jackson is still making a decision about where he will go for his last official visit this weekend. If the 5-9, 182 pound corner heads to USC there is an even better chance that’s where he’ll ultimately sign.

Mama recently cancelled a planned visit to UCLA shortly before dropping them from his final four. He could still visit BYU or take an unofficial visit to USC instead.

Smith unofficially visited UCLA earlier this week after officially visiting USC over the weekend.

With 15 commits set to sign next week, USC has four spots to fill on signing day unless things get shaken up along the way.

That gap between Adoree’ and Juju sounds like a perfect lunch break.

    • Matthew Moreno

Depending how the commitments go, Trojan fans may not be able to stomach a lunch break.

      • TrojanChuck

Eh, I don’t think anyone is going to be angry if Adoree’ doesn’t come to USC. He’s not considered the lock that Mama is, so it wouldn’t be a sickening feeling for fans. It would be a disappointment, but not a “oh we had him!” type moment.

Agree. Adoree’s a wildcard. Gotta prepare yourself that he’s not coming, just in case.

          • Matthew Moreno

You both are severely underestimating the emotions that come with recruiting. Can only imagine what will happen if Adoree’ chooses UCLA.

          • Hank Shaw

Not considering that possibility because it seems so unlikely.

          • TrojanChuck

Get real. Adoree hasnt even gone to UCLA for a visit. Unless he goes there this weekend, UCLA has literally no chance. If he picks them, then yeah, USC fans will blow a gasket, but that doesn’t even look to be in the realm of possibilities.

I’d be rather surprised if Adoree’ went to UCLA, but I don’t think it’s “out of the realm of possibilities”. The longer they hang in the mix, the more rope they’re given.

          • Matthew Moreno

Exactly. I’m just trying to raise the awareness of needing to be prepared for the unexpected.

UCLA already has two Serra commits…

          • http://fansided.com/ Michael Castillo

Serra’s got two huge 2015 guys in Houston and Green. If UCLA nabs both Williams and Jackson from this class, that’s huge going into next year. SC can’t afford that. So yeah, UCLA is a concern, even if they’re on the extreme outside in terms of Adoree’.

      • Hank Shaw

        Ha! Good point.

    • http://fansided.com/ Michael Castillo

      You buying?

      • Hank Shaw

        About that…

  • http://fansided.com/ Michael Castillo

Looks like Sark could schedule his presser for mid to late afternoon, given these times.

  • TrojanChuck

Any word on when Lamont Simmons is announcing?

  • Kory S. Booth

Mora canceled Mama, as reported by ESPNU and others.
