The 2014 recruiting race may be barreling towards its close, but the USC Trojans are also looking ahead to 2015 as they get set to host Junior Day this weekend.
In attendance will be four-star 2015 defensive lineman Kahlil McKenzie (Concord, Calif./De La Salle).

McKenzie doesn’t have a scholarship offer from the Trojans yet, but he is scheduled to be on campus this weekend and again in late March, according to 247 Sports. Steve Sarkisian’s Washington scouted and offered him last year so it would be a surprise if he misses out on a USC offer sometime in the near future.
At 6’3, 316 pounds, McKenzie is Rivals’ 16th rated defensive tackle in the 2015 class. He hails from Green Bay, Wisconsin but Oklahoma is considered the team to beat for his signature next season.
On top of offers from Oklahoma and Washington, McKenzie has received attention from plenty of other Pac-12 schools including Arizona, Arizona State, and Washington State.
USC secured a commitment from a second 2015 recruit just this weekend when Ricky Town (Ventura, Calif./St. Bonaventure) pledged to the Trojans. Another 2015 quarterback, David Sills (Elkton, Md./Easter Christian), has been a commit to USC since 2010.
