2) The Potential Letdown

The Trojans are coming off a huge upset win over #5 Stanford. They’ll face a ranked UCLA team next week.

That means Colorado has all the makings of a letdown game. Whether USC gets caught looking forward or looking back, Colorado isn’t the doormat that Cal is in the Pac-12 this year. Taking the Buffaloes lightly could spell disaster.

It is hard to take their wins this season given the poor quality, but even in a 44-20 loss to Arizona, the Buffaloes kept it close for three quarters before being outscored 10-0 in the fourth at home.
