1.) Cody Kessler’s Performance

Arizona State will be Kessler’s first true road start, and it is critical that he brings his A-game. We have watched him grow up before our eyes over the past two games, and this will be his toughest start yet. Against Utah State, we saw Kessler step up in the pocket, unafraid to get rocked by opposing linemen. He will need that kind of toughness and confidence this week, as he goes up against ASU’s D-line, anchored by Will Sutton.

Kessler’s ability to lead the team will really be put to the test against ASU, and he is performs well, head coach Lane Kiffin will be more comfortable finally taking the training wheels off of him.
