This particular edition of Twitter Tuesday is brought to you by College Rivalries. A UCLA athlete fired shots at USC WR Robert Woods, setting Twitter ablaze with a serious of juicy comebacks. Please enjoy this beef as much as all who saw it live did.
No casualties took place as a result of the Twitter War, but a few egos were surely bruised.
@heismanwoods we will beat you guys on November 17th. Believe the hype

Gentlemen, let the BOY talk.. We’ll let our preparation and execution do the talkin when the time comes.. #beatthedevils #fighton
— Randall Telfer (@RandallTelfer) November 6, 2012
I am aghast at what this poor ucla football player is tweeting. Someone please take his Internet access away.
— Alex Holmes (@Trojan81) November 6, 2012
When the smoke cleared and the dust had finally settled in the Twitter Battle for Los Angeles, the UCLA community claimed that the Randall Goforth–the player whose account started this whole thing–does not use Twitter and it was therefore a fake account.
FYI … @randallg300 is a fake. The real Randall Goforth is preparing for Washington State
— Jim Mora (@UCLACoachMora) November 6, 2012
However, the account in question also has over 3500 followers, including active UCLA football players like Simon McGoin, Richard Brehaut and Anthony Barr, and UCLA hoopers like Shabazz Muhammad.
So we’ll let you be the judge.
