The Trojan football team moved out of Fluor tower, where all the players have been living together for the past two weeks, but practice went on as scheduled Monday afternoon. Kiffin seemed significantly more pleased with the teams’ performance today than on Sunday, as only the defense really performed at the expected level.

Here are the highlights from Monday:

Injury Report:

  • OT Kevin Graf and DE Wes Horton were again limited in practice.
  • LB Lamar Dawson (calf) still sat out but both LB Hayes Pullard and Dion Bailey were active.

Quick Hits:

Freshmen Max Tuerk, WR Nelson Agholor and DE Leonard Williamswere available to media today. Tuerk up to 275 and says he wants to be 290.

Coaches’ Quips:

  • Kiffin said LDE Morgan Breslin looked good on the scrimmage film after not having a particularly great week of practice. He also spoke positively of OT Max Tuerk, who had been repping with the first team in Aundrey Walker’s absence.
  • In regards to the academic status of CB Isiah Wiley, LB Marquis Simmons or WR Darreus Rogers, Kiffin did not give an update.
  • No update on the QB 2 race, either. Kiffin said all 3 QBs had issues in the scrimmage and he was visibly not pleased.
  • On the WR front, Robert Woods and Marqise Lee had dominating performances in practice today, according to the head coach.

Camp resumes Tuesday afternoon.
